  Acting as a point of contact for customers, managing schedules and conducting meetings. Responsible for creating overall schedules, preparing estimates, various meetings, on-site inspections, etc. We are looking for someone with management skills who can oversee and manage the entire project.

  お客様の窓口として、スケジュール管理や打ち合わせ業務を行います。全体スケジュールの作成、お見積書の作成、各種打ち合わせ、現場確認などを担当します。プロジェクト全体を俯瞰して管理する、マネジメント能力を有した方をお待ちしております。

  事務職

  We perform work such as preparing construction-related documents and company accounting. We are looking for people with experience in office work or industry experience.

  工事関係の書類作成や、会社経理などの業務を行います。事務職の経験がある方、もしくは業界経験のある方をお待ちしております。

  現場監督

  We manage the process and safety on-site, and supervise and guide the craftsmen.

  現場監督として、着工からお引き渡しまでの工事管理業務を行います。協力会社様との打ち合わせや実際の現場管理、引き渡し後のメンテナンスなどを担当します。住宅に関する幅広い知識や経験を有した方をお待ちしております。

  The main job of an architect is to create blueprints for buildings.

  新築住宅やリフォーム、リノベーションのプランニング業務を行います。図面作成、マテリアルの検討、各種打ち合わせ、建築確認申請などの手続きを担当します。お客様の「理想の暮らし」を引き出し、寄り添った提案ができる方をお待ちしております。
