The wood used by Minoru Koumuten is Tosa lumber, grown in Kochi Prefecture, Japan’s leading forestry region. It has strength exceeding the national average and is ideal for major structural components.

Since we directly source from the forestry association in Kochi Prefecture, we provide at a “fair price” by cutting out intermediary margins.

Utilizing the strength of Tosa lumber and the knowledge of our in-house carpenters, we realize durable homes that last for decades.

At Minoru Koumuten, we handle not only general housing but also various non-residential properties such as offices, stores, and warehouses.
